Job summary

Christensen Arms is seeking a Data Integrity Specialist to ensure the accuracy of manufacturing and inventory data across ERP and related systems. You will maintain BOMs, routings, and part records while collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve data issues.

The role emphasizes meticulous data validation, attention to detail, and the ability to learn firearm components and processes in a manufacturing setting. On-site work in Kentucky.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfortable using ERP systems such as Infor.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Mechanical aptitude to learn firearm components and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit data within the ERP system and related databases.
• Create, update, and verify BOMs, routings, part numbers, and inventory records.
• Identify discrepancies and work with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Inventory teams to resolve data issues.
• Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
• Assist with new product introductions by entering and validating system data.
• Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy and system processes.
• Maintain documentation and follow established data management procedures.
