Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Data Integrity Specialist in Gunnison, Utah to ensure data accuracy across manufacturing and inventory systems. The role focuses on BOMs, routings, part numbers, and inventory records within the Infor ERP environment.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve data issues and support continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, data-entry proficiency, and the ability to learn firearm components

Qualifications

Attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify inconsistencies or errors.
Experience or familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Infor.
Strong data entry and accuracy in manufacturing data management.
Ability to learn firearm components and industry terminology.
Proficient with Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain and audit data within the ERP system (Infor) and related databases.
Create, update, and verify BOMs, routings, part numbers, and inventory records.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to resolve data issues.
Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity across systems.
Generate reports using Excel and other tools; support data accuracy initiatives.
Document procedures and assist with data management improvements.
