Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Engineering BOM Technician to maintain the accuracy and integrity of Engineering Bills of Materials throughout the product lifecycle. You will audit BOMs, create ECRs, and guide ECN changes across departments, ensuring documentation stays current in AS400.

You will work with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Warehouse to address shortages, evaluate substitutes, and support continuous production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in BOM/ECN environment preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Audit BOMs for accuracy and completeness.
• Create and process ECRs.
• Attend ECN approval meetings.
• Document changes in AS400 and coordinate with Sourcing/Manufacturing/Warehouse.
• Support material shortages and substitute part evaluation.
