Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a Customer Information Specialist in Green Bay to ensure data accuracy and compliance across Schneider’s systems. You will work with internal teams and external customers to maintain data integrity and secure access management.

Responsibilities include data quality enforcement, process support for customer information enhancements, and auditing to resolve data quality issues, while documenting changes for continuous improvement and adherence to security policies.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of relevant work experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer data complies with established data quality rules and standards.
• Provide support to process teams on enhancements and modifications of customer information and technology.
• Research, validate and understand the effects of inactivating customer profiles.
• Perform customer data auditing functions, including resolving data inconsistencies and data quality issues.
• Document processes, updates and changes to support continuous improvements.
• Perform security changes, including access updates and role modifications, in accordance with security policies.
