Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Provide day-to-day support to designated Digital Technology (DT) departments including Data Management, Systems Development, Business Analysis, Testing, Project Management, Cyber Security, EOC, Service Desk, and Technical Analysis.
• Learn to identify, analyze, and apply IT business practices to support strategic business processes and plans.
• Participate in designing, developing, testing, and integrating technology solutions.
• Assist in implementing IT and business processes.
• Support, evaluate, and improve IT and business processes to align with business plans.
• Perform activities according to project plans and schedules.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Students pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or related fields.
• General understanding of information technology and concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range from $18.00 to $37.00 per hour, varying by location, experience, education, and skills.
