Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Support teams responsible for data management systems and workflows that support business needs
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality or integrity issues proactively
• Work hands-on with internal data repositories to collect, organize, and analyze relevant datasets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions to maximize business impact
• Present final project outcomes and insights to peers and business leaders as part of a capstone presentation
• Assist in monitoring data quality and apply measures that support accuracy and consistency
• Follow enterprise-wide data standards and governance practices, including metadata, master data, and policy management

About You

The company is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, engineering, or other technology-related degrees
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2028
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Experience working with raw and prepared datasets
• Understanding of master data management principles and processes
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Microsoft Excel, and exposure to libraries such as Pandas for data manipulation
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS), APIs, and structured data formats like JSON and YAML
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey analytic results and business insights to non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in diverse team environments
• Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills with quantitative methods
• Curiosity, initiative, resilience, and drive to work through challenges and deliver results
• Exposure to or interest in tools such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, Amazon S3, and Alteryx is a plus
• Understanding of ETL concepts and data architecture including data pipelines and cloud storage is preferred
• Eagerness to learn from mentors and grow technical and business acumen through hands-on projects

Compensation & Benefits

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
