Job summary

NWU is seeking a student intern to support Digital Technology (DT) departments, including data management, systems development, and cybersecurity. You will develop IT skills, analyze business processes, and participate in designing and testing technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or related fields.
• Strong IT fundamentals and familiarity with Windows XP, Linux, and common IT tools.
• Internship experience in Global DT or related fields is a plus.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Provide day-to-day support to designated Digital Technology (DT) departments including Data Management, Systems Development, Business Analysis, Testing, Project Management, Cyber Security, EOC, Service Desk, and Technical Analysis.
• Learn to identify, analyze, and apply IT business practices to support strategic business processes and plans.
• Participate in designing, developing, testing, and integrating technology solutions.
• Assist in implementing IT and business processes.
• Support, evaluate, and improve IT and business processes to align with business plans.
• Perform activities according to project plans and schedules.
