Job summary

WEX, Inc. is seeking an Integration Analyst BPO to lead client data integration setups for new and existing accounts. You will manage multiple integrations, serve as the project owner, and coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams to deliver accurate data on time.

The role emphasizes security, testing, communication, and continuous improvement as you map data, monitor timelines, and provide updates and summaries to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-facing projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple integrations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead data integration builds and testing with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain data security and standard COBRA layouts across integrations.
• Provide updates, recaps, and timelines to all stakeholders.
• Mentor peers and seek opportunities to improve integration processes.
