Job summary

Dexian seeks a Technical Product Owner/Business Analyst to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions aligned with goals. You will manage a complex project, including establishing a website with multiple interfaces and integrating with external apps, ensuring clear requirements and smooth lifecycle execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years as technical business analyst in an agile/project-based environment.
• Experience with complex systems and APIs and ability to interpret documentation.
• Experience in establishing or updating websites.
• Familiarity with both agile and waterfall methodologies; Jira preferred.
• Strong time management and deadline prioritization.
• Effective communication at multiple levels of an organization.
• Ability to map data flows between source and target applications.
• Adaptability to evolving priorities and dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of solutions on a complex project with multiple interfaces and integrations.
• Coordinate with Delivery lead to drive tasks to completion, escalating issues as needed.
• Serve as primary liaison between Business and IT to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Plan, elicit, analyze, validate, and manage requirements and high-level designs.
• Design data mappings, perform system analysis, develop test cases, support implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and presentations to gather and communicate project information.
• Track dependencies and schedules to ensure timely delivery of capabilities.
• Adapt to changing project demands and lead other IT initiatives as required.
• Maintain documentation and application knowledge by reviewing relevant documentation.
