Job summary

Allied Solutions is seeking an Data Integration Analyst II to lead complex data transformation and configuration design for client integrations in onboarding and production support. You will provide technical escalation and work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flows.

The role emphasizes documentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and contribute to standards that improve quality and efficiency across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1-2 years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or system configuration.
• Proficient in SQL and ETL platforms.
• Strong understanding of file formats and transformation logic (CSV, fixed-width, XML, JSON).
• Experience troubleshooting ingestion failures and system setup conflicts.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, especially with cross-functional partners.
• Highly analytical, adaptable, and able to manage multiple high-impact issues concurrently.
• Ability to mentor peers and explain technical concepts and procedures to new team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data file transformation and configuration design for onboarding and production support environments.
• Triage escalated technical issues involving ingestion failures and transformation mismatches.
• Collaborate with ETL developers, QA, and cross-functional teams to analyze performance and resolve bugs.
• Document root causes, configurations, and recommended solutions for team reference.
• Mentor Analysts and contribute to quality/process improvements.
