The position supports multiple clients, coordinating testing, timelines, and documentation while maintaining high service levels and data integrity across integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-facing projects with strong communication.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in customer service or partner management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the data integration build and testing process with internal and external parties.
• Educate clients and vendors on data integration approaches and timelines.
• Provide status updates to clients and stakeholders throughout projects.
• Maintain data security and governance across integrations.
• Record and organize all project documentation per team processes.
• Mentor peers and seek opportunities to grow technical knowledge.
• Serve as SME to other teams and assist with questions about integrations.
