Job summary

X-energy is seeking a Data Integration Manager at its Oak Ridge, TN location. The role leads system-to-system integrations, documents master data flows, and ensures end-to-end traceability across ERP and non-ERP environments for regulated nuclear fuel manufacturing operations.

The position requires a strong background in data integration, API-based methods, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Quality, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs to maintain NRC/DOE/NQA-1 compliance while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Typically requires 10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years managing enterprise integration or master data initiatives within manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience delivering ERP and non-ERP system integrations and master data management programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and execute system-to-system integrations for nuclear fuel facility operations (ERP and non-ERP).
• Maintain documentation of integration architectures and master data flows for end-to-end traceability.
• Ensure designs comply with NRC, DOE, ITAR, NQA-1, and 10 CFR 70 and support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs to sustain compliance posture.
