Job summary

Boston Government Services, LLC is seeking a Data Integration Manager in Oak Ridge, TN to direct strategy, governance, and the continuous improvement of the data integration function, aligning data solutions with project management objectives.

Responsibilities include defining standards for enterprise data, creating KPI and portfolio reporting, and overseeing executive dashboards and PM tools to support program decisions. Strong MS 365, BI, and EVM experience required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, CS, Data Analytics, or related field; 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
Experience in data integration, data management, BI, project controls, or PM systems in a complex technical environment.
Strong MS 365 proficiency; experience with dashboards, reporting tools, data models, and automated data solutions.

Responsibilities

Direct strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the data integration function using the Microsoft 365 suite.
Define enterprise data standards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting requirements across schedule, cost, and performance data.
Oversee development and maintenance of executive dashboards and project management apps for program- and portfolio-level decisions.
Apply understanding of schedules, WBS, cost, and EVM metrics to drive variance analysis, forecasting, and corrective action.
Build and lead the data integration team, mentor staff, and foster a data-driven culture.
