Job summary

Boston Government Services, LLC. (BGS) is seeking a Project Data Manager to support our Oak Ridge, TN client. The role leads data integration strategy, governance, and executive dashboards across project controls, with a focus on schedule, cost, and performance data.

You will partner with senior leadership to define data standards, KPIs, and reporting and will mentor a data team to foster a data-driven culture within the PM organization. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Oak Ridge, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, CS, Data Analytics, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in data integration, data management, BI, project controls, or PM systems in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and dashboards, reporting tools, data models, and automated data solutions.
• Understanding of schedules, WBS, cost, and EVM metrics such as CPI, SPI, and EAC.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams and establishing data governance across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategy, governance, and improvement of the data integration function aligned with schedule, cost, and performance data.
• Define enterprise data standards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting with a single source of truth.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and project management applications to support decision-making.
• Apply data understanding to drive variance analysis, forecasting, and corrective action.
• Build and lead the data integration team and foster a data-driven culture.
