Job summary

Boston Government Services, LLC. (BGS) in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a Data Integration Manager to lead the data integration function and align data solutions with project management objectives.

You will partner with senior leadership to set data standards, build executive dashboards, and drive forecasting, variance analysis, and action plans across schedules, cost, and performance metrics. A strong MS 365 and BI toolkit background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, CS, Data Analytics, or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience in data integration, data management, BI, project controls, or PM systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and dashboards/reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of PM data: schedules, WBS, cost, forecasting, baselines, and EVM metrics (CPI, SPI, EAC).
• Experience establishing data governance, standards, and data quality across multiple systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams and communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, security badge eligibility, and be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of data integration, aligning data to project objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to define data standards, KPIs, and portfolio reporting.
• Oversee development and maintenance of executive dashboards and PM apps to support decision-making.
• Apply PM data knowledge to drive variance analysis, forecasting, and corrective actions.
• Build and lead the data integration team and foster a data-driven culture.
