You will translate business goals into KPIs, architect data flows from source metrics through ELT to the warehouse and dashboards. Responsibilities include stakeholder workshops, ETL scripting, dashboard development in Power BI/Tableau, and evaluating BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, architecture, or BI leadership.
• Citizenship required for federal contract.
• Strong experience with ELT frameworks and modern data warehouses.
• Expertise in data modeling (star/snowflake) and dashboard UX/UI best practices.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-ready KPIs and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with stakeholders to identify metrics, data sources, and dashboard outcomes.
• Design end-to-end data flows from source metrics through ETL to the data warehouse and visualization layer.
• Perform ETL scripting and SQL optimization to prepare performance-optimized schemas.
• Develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for enterprise metrics.
• Implement data security and row-level access controls to protect sensitive information.
• Evaluate BI tools and lead tool-selection discussions for the organization environment.
