Job summary

Pandoblox is seeking a Data Project Manager to coordinate client and internal data-focused engagements, including data architecture, migration, ETL/pipeline builds, and BI/dashboard delivery. You’ll manage multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholder communications, acting as the bridge between delivery teams and clients.

You will collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts, and leadership to ensure successful, on-time delivery while maintaining data quality and governance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in Project Management with data/BI/dashboarding exposure.
• Solid knowledge of PM frameworks, tools, and practices.
• Familiarity with data architecture, ETL/pipeline concepts, data warehouse, or migrations.
• Exposure to SQL and relational databases; understand data models.
• Familiarity with BI/dashboarding tools from a delivery/coordination perspective.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data projects with data engineers, architects, and analysts.
• Translate technical scope into clear project plans and timelines.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and client communications.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance checkpoints.
• Maintain project tracking in ClickUp and time-tracking in Harvest/Forecast.
• Liaise between data/engineering teams and stakeholders.
