Job summary

Navia Benefit Solutions Inc. is seeking a data integration specialist to manage and support file-based exchanges (eligibility, enrollment) with clients, vendors, and partners. You will map changes, validate formats, and assist testing to ensure timely data transfer.

You’ll act as a SME for file integration processes, support cross-functional teams with data questions, and contribute to ongoing improvements and projects. Hybrid work options and national scope available.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain data pipelines for file-based integrations.
• Validate inbound and outbound files and mappings.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Experience with secure file transfer (SFTP) and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple inbound healthcare data imports (eligibility, deductions, open enrollment).
• Monitor inboxes and queues; triage requests and respond within service timelines.
• Develop and deliver testing results and error summaries within turnaround times.
• Maintain file/integration tracking docs with status, issues, and next steps.
• Coordinate secure file transfer access with internal teams or partners.
