Job summary

Navia Benefit Solutions is seeking a data integration specialist to manage inbound/outbound healthcare data imports, build file formats, and support testing with clients, partners, and vendors. You will coordinate requirements, map changes, and maintain documentation, enabling timely data transfer and continuous improvement.

Hybrid schedule options are available with multiple office locations; eligible US states include WA.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain data pipelines and file-based integrations that move and transform data between systems.
• Contribute to reusable data mapping and file specification templates used across systems.
• Support intake, validation, and processing of inbound files; generate outbound exports.
• Knowledge of secure file transfer concepts (SFTP) and related troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound healthcare data imports (eligibility, deductions, open enrollment) and review discrepancies.
• Triage requests from shared inboxes and respond to clients/partners within SLAs.
• Develop testing results and error summaries within agreed turnaround times.
• Maintain file/integration tracking documentation with status, issues, next steps.
• Coordinate secure file transfer access with internal teams or external partners.
• Analyze and map changes for integration files; support testing expectations.
