Rancho Park Compounding Pharmacy in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Data Intake Associate to join our growing team. You will accurately enter patient and prescription data, review forms for completeness, and verify demographics and insurance details to support patient care.

You will collaborate with pharmacists and technicians, resolve data discrepancies, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records in a fast-paced environment while delivering professional, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college/healthcare coursework preferred.
• Previous data entry, medical records, or pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with pharmacy or healthcare management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, patient-focused demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
