BTIG, now part of U.S. Bancorp, is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join the Business Operations and Analytics Team. You will gather requirements, analyze large data sets, and deliver actionable reporting to support firm-wide operations.

The role emphasizes SQL proficiency, data management, and the creation of clear dashboards using PowerBI and SSRS, with collaboration across departments and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Advanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Proven ability to work with and manage large data sets.
• Comfortable and experienced with reporting tools such as PowerBI and SSRS.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using PowerBI and SSRS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Follow existing processes and create new ones to improve firm efficiency.
• Provide data management and analytical support to the firm.
• Adapt to evolving tools and technologies and learn new platforms as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for reports, data flows, and business logic.
