The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, advanced SQL skills, and experience with PowerBI and SSRS. Financial services background is preferred; strong communication and multi-priority management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Advanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with PowerBI and SSRS for reporting.
• Experience working with large data sets; financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using PowerBI and SSRS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
