Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights, helping leaders make smarter decisions.

You will work in Data Intelligence within WCIB Operations, building reporting and analytics solutions with SQL, Alteryx, DOMO, and Excel, partnering with stakeholders across the organization. You’ll transform complex data into business stories, contribute to operational improvements, and support analytics initiatives from scoping to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Design and develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics tools using SQL, DOMO, and Alteryx.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and present them to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Manage multiple analytics initiatives while balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Support data quality, integrity, and governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve processes, and increase automation.
• Deliver end-to-end analytics and reporting solutions that support operational and business objectives.
