Job summary

Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to join the Post Sales Organization. You will build scalable dashboards, run advanced SQL queries, and deliver data-driven insights to support leadership decisions.

Collaborating with Customer Support, Product, Services, and Sales Engineering, you will translate business needs into clear data requirements and maintain governance across data sources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation.
• Expertise in HEX or Retool for dashboard development and storytelling (Preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards.
• Python or R for data manipulation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using HEX, Retool and Salesforce native tools.
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear data requirements.
• Drive data consistency and accuracy across reporting platforms for leadership visibility.
• Provide deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Build scalable, automated reporting solutions to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams on data sources, definitions, and governance.
