Job summary

Cox Automotive in the United States is hiring a Data Analyst II to support Mobile Inspections by building and maintaining reporting, dashboards, and data analyses. You will partner with Operations, Quality Assurance, Dispatch, and other teams to deliver timely reports and actionable insights.

The role emphasizes turning data into clear narratives, identifying trends, and supporting leadership with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

BS/BA Degree in related discipline plus 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
2+ years experience building and maintaining reporting and dashboards.
2+ years’ experience troubleshooting or supporting web-based applications.
2+ years’ experience with databases and database query tools (Snowflake).
Experience with SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, AWS.
2+ years of performing analysis and building data processes.
Strong experience with reporting tools (PowerBI).
Experience presenting data to leadership for decision making.

Responsibilities

Perform analysis on service and auction lifecycle of vehicles, define business questions, and develop insights.
Support data science and data engineering teams with analyses and data sourcing.
Lead data processes and pipelines, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
Support product management with KPIs, data sources, and feature analysis.
Develop and validate data reports, dashboards, and visualizations for decision making.
