Job summary

Enlyte in Wayne, PA is seeking a Hybrid Data Informatics Auto Analyst to turn operational, financial, and product-performance data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with Client Success Managers to improve client workflows, monitor service performance, and prepare accurate reporting for business reviews and scorecards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business-related field) with 2+ years’ relevant work experience.
• Intermediate SQL, Tableau, Python, and/or PowerBI knowledge.
• Intermediate Excel, Powerpoint knowledge.
• Working knowledge of auto insurance industry and associated data.
• GenAI and Analytics AI toolsets (Copilot, Hex, AWS Quick) knowledge.
• Executive presentation experience a plus.
• Ability to work with peers, management, and cross-functional partners.
• Think conceptually and operate with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop metrics that measure client workflow performance and track outcomes.
• Collaborate with Client Success teams to evaluate workflows and recommend improvements.
• Plan and implement process improvements for designated clients to drive efficiency.
• Monitor SLAs and client expectations with product performance.
• Compile and analyze client performance data for reviews.
• Proactively collect data to address root causes of problems.
• Identify areas for revenue growth and adoption of new products across accounts.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual scorecards for client reviews.
• Provide data for QBRs and partnership reviews and support revenue growth.
