Job summary

Genex Service LLC is seeking a Data Informatics Auto Analyst in Wayne, PA. This hybrid role focuses on turning operational, financial, and product data into actionable insights to improve client workflows and reporting.

You will develop metrics, dashboards, and scorecards, collaborate with Client Success teams, and support revenue and performance analyses for client reviews. A background in SQL, Tableau, Python, and PowerBI is required, with knowledge of auto insurance data preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ relevant work experience required.
• Intermediate SQL, Tableau, Python, and/or PowerBI knowledge required.
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required.
• Working knowledge of auto insurance industry and associated data preferred.
• Working knowledge of GenAI and Analytics AI toolsets (Copilot, Hex, AWS Quick) preferred.
• Executive presentation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into actionable insights to support client workflows.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and scorecards for client reviews.
• Collaborate with Client Success teams to improve service performance and identify opportunities.
• Prepare reports and analyses for quarterly business reviews and account planning.
• Monitor SLA adherence and client expectations, documenting root causes.
