The Cigna Group is seeking a Data Enablement & Reporting Lead Analyst who will drive scalable reporting and dashboards across cost, utilization, and network performance. You will transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights for leadership and partners, build automated analytics pipelines, and advance governance and quality measures to ensure reliable outputs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare, financial, business, or data analytics experience.
• Proficient in SQL with complex queries and data validation.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in BI tools like Tableau.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate data into insights.

• Transform claims, provider, and operational data into actionable insights for leaders.
