The Senior Director, Data Analysis, Products, & Integration at The Cigna Group leads the translation of business opportunities into reusable data products and integrated data solutions. This role partners with Digital Product, Analytics, AI, Data Operations, and Technology to deliver measurable outcomes and scalable data assets.

Responsibilities include leading a team of analysts, ensuring data quality, and driving automated workflows that improve processes and enable enterprise-scale solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in data analysis, data products, analytics delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of Data Analysts, Product Analysts, Business Process Analysts, or Automation Specialists.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional data requirements and data specifications.
• Experience with data discovery, profiling, quality assessment, testing, and validation.
• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, integration patterns, analytics, AI, metadata, and automation technologies.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, influencing, and change leadership skills.
• Experience in complex, regulated enterprises preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and translate customer needs into clear functional requirements and data rules.
• Direct testing and validation of engineered datasets and data products.
• Drive automation of business processes and workflows with measurable improvements.
• Ensure solutions align with business workflows and enable rapid adoption by customers.
• Automate analyst discovery, profiling, documentation, testing, and traceability.
