Job summary

You will mentor analysts, interface with senior leadership, and drive scalable, automated intelligence offerings.

The role requires delivering dashboards across BI tools, overseeing data pipelines, and collaborating with engineering, analytics, and account teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, data engineering, or data infrastructure management.
• Hands-on command of marketing intelligence platforms and scripting languages (Python, SQL, or R) for automation.
• Experience constructing executive dashboards and distilling complex datasets into clear narratives.
• Track record of managing project execution, scopes, and deliverables in an agency or fast-paced consulting environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication across technical engineers and cross-functional account teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex pipeline, automation, and AI workflows into actionable business outcomes for non-technical client contacts.
• Lead day-to-day project delivery across client briefs, enforcing timelines, scopes, and quality controls for data methodologies.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts and engineers on daily workflows, coding standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, data analysts, and account leads on technical deliverables.
