Job summary

Omnicom Public Relations seeks a Senior Vice President, Director of Performance Measurement & Infrastructure to lead our data, infrastructure, and AI capabilities. You will set the multi-year vision, build a high-performing analytics team, and drive governance, quality, and growth across the agency.

You will guide data engineering, modern ML models, autonomous AI agents, and enterprise measurement analytics while expanding our intelligence offerings and client impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data infrastructure, marketing analytics, or data engineering practices in senior roles.
• Proven ability to grow and manage multi‑million‑dollar analytics practice and P&L.
• Ability to present complex tech capabilities to C-level executives.
• Deep familiarity with social listening tools and modern data stacks.
• Experience scaling analytics and engineering teams (VPs, Directors, Managers).

Responsibilities

• Lead executive client leadership and growth strategy for Fortune 50 clients.
• Shape IP, packaging, pricing intelligence products, and enterprise proposals.
• Architect agency data capabilities including data governance and AI strategy.
• Direct data infrastructure roadmap decisions and vendor partnerships.
• Co-lead the Insights & Analytics organization and grow talent pipelines.
