General Dynamics IT is seeking a Data Incident & Problem Management Analyst to join the CMM Data Modernization and Governance team supporting AO's data and analytics objectives across 204+ federal courts. You will coordinate incident response, lead RCA, manage problem processes, and serve as Security & Compliance Engineer ensuring controls across the environment.

This role partners with DevSecOps, data governance, and infrastructure teams to improve security and compliance while delivering

Qualificações

• MA/MS degree with 5+ years or BS/BA with 7+ years in information systems.
• Experience in enterprise IT or data programs and testing.
• Strong requirements management and data analysis capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate incident response activities for data platforms and applications.
• Lead root cause analysis and document corrective actions.
• Manage problem management, track recurring issues and known errors.
• Develop runbooks, escalation procedures, and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as Security & Compliance Engineer across the operational environment.
• Support security incidents, audits, and vulnerability remediation.
• Create dashboards and reports tracking MTTR, SLAs, and trends.
