Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Data Operations Support Lead to drive the CMM Data Modernization program across AO courts nationwide.

You will lead a team responsible for data pipelines, governance, and analytics platforms in a cloud-based environment. The role emphasizes operational health, incident management, and collaboration with governance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver reliable data capabilities and insights for AO's modernization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT management experience with data governance and modernization implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP preferred for program leadership.
• Experience with big data, cloud platforms, BI/analytics and data governance tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data Modernization and Governance team for CMM.
• Oversee data platforms, pipelines, integrations, analytics environments, and data products.
• Establish monitoring, incident response, and governance procedures with SLA focus.
• Coordinate cross-functional production support across cloud, data, apps, BI, cybersecurity and infra teams.
• Develop runbooks, escalation paths, and system documentation; manage risk and RAID logs.
• Lead incident management for high-priority issues and post-incident reviews.
• Drive automation for monitoring, deployments, testing, and CI/CD in data ops.
