Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Security & Compliance Analyst to join the Case Management Modernization program.

You will define data privacy, security, retention, and classification rules, and manage data governance and sharing agreements across the program. You will support IA/Cyber initiatives, perform vulnerability analyses, and design solutions that meet security requirements while enabling operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 5+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity.
• Experience safeguarding sensitive data against modification, destruction, or disclosure.
• Experience with Agile teams and SAFe; oversight of vulnerability audits.
• Experience with cloud security issues (1–2+ years).
• Exposure to SIEM tools such as Splunk (1–2+ years).
• Incident response and forensics experience (1–2+ years).
• Knowledge of data privacy, retention and classification in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis of systems, programs, and planning activities across the CMM environment.
• Research policies, procedures, and technical documentation; support IA/Cyber initiatives.
• Develop relationships and solutions to resolve problems in the specialty area.
• Analyze information security problems and provide engineering and support.
• Design and implement solutions meeting network security requirements.
• Perform vulnerability and risk analyses across the SDLC.
• Define information security requirements based on user, policy, and resource needs.
• Assist customers with security policy development and implementation.
• Provide 24/7 monitoring; escalate critical issues within 30 minutes.
• Prepare monthly incident and problem reports; ensure compliant operations.
• Support ATO documentation and artifacts for ATO packages.
• Monitor system logs, analyze vulnerabilities, and investigate security incidents.
