Job summary

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Data Account Manager to join our Genesis team on a contract through 2026 with potential extension. This hybrid role requires local candidates.

You will manage the client's automotive data infrastructure, identity resolution initiatives, and digital campaigns, coordinating with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in a client services function within a Digital Marketing, Advertising or Business-related field.
• Must have working knowledge of identity resolution, data security principles and customer data management.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to develop and implement new processes.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Motivated team player with ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, external partners, and internal teams.
• Know how to wear many hats.

Responsibilities

• Work with the client daily to identify needs and expectations.
• Provide frequent updates to Account leadership to flag issues and proactively problem solve.
• Work closely with Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering to access and define timelines, goals, and manage progress.
• Identify key stakeholders and disseminate information as necessary.
• Present/communicate progress and outcome of projects to clients and determine best next steps.
• Facilitate internal and client reviews, update status documents, legal routing, contact reports, and meeting coordination.
• Show solid knowledge of the client’s business (including pricing, product, sales, marketing channels, strategies, and competitive landscape).
• Oversee the efforts of junior staff.
