Job summary

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to lead identity resolution initiatives within the Data Engineering team. This role drives end-to-end RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and cross-functional collaboration with data scientists and account teams to translate complex data needs into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical project management in a digital advertising or data team.
• Deep knowledge of Identity Resolution, identity graphs, data privacy.
• Proven success in leading RFI/RFP and procurement workflows.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional data and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead identity resolution RFI/RFP process end-to-end with scoring and timelines.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage procurement reviews for client projects.
• Coordinate vendor briefings, privacy assessments, and contract routing.
• Translate data requirements into Jira epics and deliverables.
• Facilitate cross-disciplinary standups and keep stakeholders aligned.
