Job summary

INNOCEAN USA in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Data Product Manager to join our Data Science team. This hybrid role requires local SoCal presence, with 3 days in-office weekly, to guide digital analytics projects.

You will partner with analysts, implementation specialists and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans, manage timelines, and drive data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management
• Strong understanding of digital analytics concepts and tools (GA4/Adobe Analytics)
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to define project scope and goals
• Translate business needs into actionable technical plans with clear tasks
• Develop and maintain project plans using Agile and Waterfall
• Manage resources, budget, time, and team allocation
• Identify risks and communicate with stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and status reports
• Seek process improvements to boost delivery efficiency
