Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Data Owner Lead for the Card CoBrand Team to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security while aligning with stakeholder needs and defining critical data elements. Qualifications

• Six years of industry experience in a data-related field.
• Five years of technology engineering and cloud modernization for data analytics on platforms such as AWS.
• Subject matter expertise in business or product data and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery timelines and keep teams on track to meet goals.
• Ability to execute through strong internal partnerships.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with solid business acumen.
• Proficiency in Python for data management, automation, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans for delivering product data that supports strategic objectives, operations, analytics, and reporting.
• Identify and document critical data elements with clear definitions and metadata to improve understanding and reuse.
• Lead publishing of curated data to the data lake and drive toward scalable, governed data products and execute processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks across protection, retention, destruction, storage, use, and quality.
• Create operational procedures for data development and delivery that standardize quality and controls.
• Collaborate with partners to define, document, and socialize data usage, providing subject matter expertise on content and application.
• Partner with technology and business teams to investigate root causes of data issues and recommend remediation.
• Build relationships with data providers and consumers across Business, Technology, Analytics, Operations, Risk, and Control and lead automation and innovation by identifying and executing opportunities to apply emerging technologies.
