Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Solutions Architect, Data Governance to lead enterprise governance initiatives and work with executives, data leaders, security teams, and delivery teams to establish trust and control across data estates.

The role focuses on structured governance including metadata, glossaries, taxonomy, lineage, and monitoring, with guidance on readiness for Azure, Fabric, and Copilot AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise data, information management, or governance solutions.
• Hands-on Purview experience including metadata management, glossary, and data lineage.
• Experience establishing data stewardship programs with sponsorship and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance strategy, architecture, and customer engagements.
• Design governance frameworks, policies, glossaries, and metadata processes.
• Architect Purview governance capabilities and oversee data lineage initiatives.
• Advise on governance readiness for AI platforms including Fabric and Copilot.
