Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the data governance platform within the Signify Health team. You will define vision, strategy, and roadmap for cataloging, lineage, data quality, and policy enforcement to make data trustworthy and accessible.

Collaborate with data engineering, software engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to translate governance needs into scalable features that drive adoption and measurable improvements in data quality and trust.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product roles with focus on data products.
• Experience defining data governance strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, metadata, lineage, and policy enforcement.
• Experience with governance/analytics platforms (Collibra, Alation, etc.).
• Proficient in SQL and reading data models.
