Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead the data governance platform within the Signify Health team. You will shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to make data discoverable, trusted, and well-managed across analytics environments.

You will partner with data engineering, software engineering, BI, and stakeholders to implement cataloging, lineage, quality standards, and policy enforcement. Strong collaboration, communication, and governance expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in product roles focusing on data products or platforms.
• Proven data governance strategy delivery from current-state assessment to roadmap.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, metadata management, lineage, stewardship, and policy enforcement.
• Experience with data governance/analytics platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon, Databricks Unity Catalog).
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to read data models, metadata, and lineage representations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the data governance platform.
• Lead cataloging, lineage, data quality standards, and policy enforcement capabilities.
• Collaborate with data engineering, software engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to translate governance needs into platform features.
• Define and track governance success metrics and inform investment decisions.
