Job summary

CVS Health, in partnership with Signify Health, seeks a Product Manager to lead the data governance platform strategy. You will define vision, roadmap, and cataloging, ensure data quality and lineage, and collaborate with data engineers, BI teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable governance capabilities.

Fantastic communication and leadership are required to drive adoption, measure impact, and deliver trusted data across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years professional experience in product roles with a focus on data products or platforms.
• Experience defining and executing a data governance strategy from current state to roadmap.
• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship and policy enforcement.
• Experience with governance/analytics platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon, Unity Catalog, or similar).
• Proficiency in SQL and reading data models, metadata, and lineage representations.
• Ability to drive platform adoption across data producers, stewards, and consumers.
• Ability to define and track success metrics for governance work and report impact.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
