Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead the data governance platform within the Signify Health team. You will define vision, strategy, and roadmaps for cataloging, lineage, data quality, and policy enforcement to enable trusted insights across the organization.

Collaborating with data engineering, software engineering, BI, and business stakeholders, you will drive adoption, measure success, and land governance tooling at scale while reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Product.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years professional experience including 4+ years in product roles focused on data products or platforms (governance, catalog, quality, or analytics).
• Proven experience defining and executing a data governance strategy from current-state to roadmap and rollout.
• Strong understanding of data governance concepts including data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, and policy enforcement.
• Experience with data governance and analytics platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon, Databricks Unity Catalog).
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to read data models, metadata, and lineage representations.
• Ability to drive platform adoption across data producers, stewards, and consumers and manage change impacted by governance tooling.
