CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead the data governance platform for Signify Health, shaping vision, strategy, and roadmap to make data discoverable, trusted, and well-managed across the analytics environment. You will partner with data engineering, software engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to translate governance needs into scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years professional experience in product roles, with 4+ years in data products or platforms.
• Proven experience defining and executing a data governance strategy from current-state to rollout.
• Strong understanding of data governance concepts: data quality, metadata management, lineage, stewardship, policy enforcement.
• Experience with governance/analytics platforms (Collibra, Alation, Informatica Axon, Databricks Unity Catalog, or similar).
• Proficiency in SQL, plus fluency reading data models, metadata, and lineage representations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption and change management across stakeholders.
• Proven ability to define and track success metrics for governance work (adoption, coverage, data quality).
