Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Product Manager to lead the data governance platform within the Signify Health team. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for cataloging, lineage, data quality, and policy enforcement to enable trusted analytics and scalable governance.

The role requires partnering with data engineering, software engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to translate governance needs into tangible platform capabilities and adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years professional experience, 4+ in product roles focused on data products.
• Proven experience defining and executing a data governance strategy and roadmap.
• Strong data governance concepts: quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, policy enforcement.
• Experience with governance/analytics platforms (Collibra, Alation, Axon, Unity Catalog) required.
• Proficient in SQL; able to read data models and lineage representations.
• Proven ability to drive platform adoption across data producers, stewards and consumers.
• Ability to define and track governance success metrics (adoption, coverage, data quality).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
