Job summary

CVS Health, within Signify Health, seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the data governance platform. You will shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to make data discoverable, trusted, and well-managed, partnering with data engineers, software teams, BI, and stakeholders to drive adoption and trusted insights.

You will define governance standards, metadata management, lineage, and policy enforcement while collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

6+ years professional experience including 4+ years in product roles focused on data products.
Proven experience defining and executing a data governance strategy and roadmaps.
Experience with data governance/analytics platforms (Collibra, Alation, Axon, Unity Catalog, etc.) is required.
SQL proficiency and ability to read data models, metadata, and lineage.
Ability to drive platform adoption and change management across stakeholders.
Ability to define and track governance success metrics (adoption, coverage, data quality).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the data governance platform vision, strategy and roadmap.
Define cataloging, lineage, data quality standards and policy enforcement capabilities.
Collaborate with data engineering, software engineering, BI teams and stakeholders to translate governance needs into platform features.
Drive platform adoption and measure success to prioritize investment and report impact.
Land governance tooling across data producers, stewards and consumers.
