Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the data governance platform for our data warehouse and analytics environment, partnering with data engineering, software engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to translate governance needs into scalable, trusted capabilities.

You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, establish cataloging, lineage, data quality standards, and policy enforcement, driving adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience with 4+ years in product roles focused on data products or platforms.
• Proven experience defining and executing a data governance strategy from current state to roadmap.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, metadata management, lineage, stewardship, and policy enforcement.
• Experience with data governance and analytics platforms (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Axon, Unity Catalog).
• Proficiency in SQL and reading data models, metadata, and lineage representations.
• Ability to drive platform adoption across producers, stewards, and consumers.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data governance platform.
• Collaborate with data engineering, software engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to translate governance needs into platform capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve data quality, metadata management, and lineage across the data estate.
• Establish success metrics (adoption, coverage, data quality) and report impact to leadership.
• Guide change management to land governance tooling and drive adoption.
