Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals seeks a Manager of US Commercial Data Governance & Data Enablement to lead metadata management and data stewardship across the US Commercial Data Lake initiatives. You will coordinate across business units, IT, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and operationalized data capabilities.

You will drive onboarding of data assets, establish definitions and classifications, and promote adoption of governed data products with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, analytics, information management, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Operations, Analytics, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver data products, integrations, analytics capabilities, or operational data services.
• Hands-on experience with data catalog, metadata management, data stewardship, or data governance platforms; Informatica Data Catalog preferred.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and analytics environments such as Databricks and Tableau/Power BI, preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Lake and Data Harmonization initiatives, coordinating across stakeholders, IT, Data Stewards, vendors, and SMEs.
• Translate business needs into requirements, plans, milestones, ownership, and follow-up actions; monitor progress and risks.
• Support onboarding, validation, and adoption of new data products, KPIs, analytics capabilities, and data services.
• Oversee onboarding and maintenance of Databricks, Tableau, and other assets within Informatica Data Catalog.
• Manage governance actions, data documentation, and stewardship activities; ensure trusted metadata and definitions.
