Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in the United States seeks a Manager for US Commercial Data Governance & Data Enablement to lead metadata governance and data stewardship. You’ll coordinate data lake initiatives, ensure trusted definitions, and drive adoption of data products across business units.

You will work with Data Stewards, IT, vendors, and analytics teams, ensuring on-time delivery and scalable operating processes while training users on data catalog capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Operations, Analytics, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver data products and analytics capabilities.
• Hands-on with data catalog, metadata management, data stewardship, or data governance platforms; Informatica Data Catalog preferred.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and analytics environments, such as Databricks and Tableau/PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Own Data Lake and Data Harmonization initiatives and be the primary contact.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution across stakeholders, IT, Data Stewards, vendors.
• Translate business needs into documented requirements, plans, milestones, and ownership; monitor progress.
• Support onboarding, validation, and adoption of new data products and KPIs.
• Promote adoption of governed data assets and provide user training.
