Qualifications

• 10+ years in data governance, operations research, or related field.
• Strong track record delivering technical programs across teams.
• Experience communicating technical requirements to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance for infrastructure data, including ownership, quality, and controls.
• Drive cross-team adoption of governance standards and ensure compliance with processes.
• Develop data models, metrics, and dashboards to monitor governance health.
• Communicate strategy, status, risks, and impact to executives and partners.
• Create governance charters, roadmaps, and RACI matrices.
